Executive Housekeeper
The role of Executive Housekeeper carriers a variety of leadership, administrative and technical expertise. The Executive Housekeeper is an integral member of the COTW leadership team. Main skill sets and requirements include:
- Team player with positive attitude across entire spectrum of the organization.
- Proactive and timely inventory management; ensuring items are properly controlled and accounted for.
- Creation and management of staff schedules.
- Ability to lead, motivate and direct a diverse team of housekeepers.
- Hands on approach in leadership style; able to jump in and “roll up one’s sleeves” to ensure that jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Flexible in personal schedule and hours worked.
- Able to take corrective actions in cases where subordinates are performing below expectations.
- Insights and vision to promote “best practices” in all operational aspects to improve process, efficiencies, cost effectiveness and qualitative results.
- Prior housekeeping background is preferred though persons with diverse complimentary hospitality operational expertise will be considered.
Housekeeping Support Staff
The Housekeeping support staff position requires:
- Good time management
- Self-starter with good initiative
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Positive disposition/attitude
- Attention to detail
- Team player with a desire to serve as needed within CAMP-of-the-WOODS ministry
