CAMP-of-the-WOODS offers a wide range of meeting rooms that can hold from 12 - 325 guests, perfect for main meetings or breakout rooms. In addition, during the early fall and late spring we can host up to 1,300 guests in Tibbitts Auditorium centrally located in Camp.

We also offer a variety of audio/visual equipment to meet all of your conference needs.

The Demarest building is connected to the Purdy Center, our main accommodation and dining facility. It has three meeting rooms:
  • Demarest A is our largest year-round meeting room. It has a capacity of 325 guests and comes with a full sound system and piano.
  • Demarest B has a capacity of 50 and comes with a piano.

Zeitfuss Lodge provides two meeting spaces on the lower level:
  • The Main Meeting Room has a capacity of 120 guests and comes with a full sound system and piano.
  • The Business Office has a conference table and room for 12. It can also be used as a meeting space for up to 20.
  • The upstairs lobby can also be used as a meeting room.

The Purdy Center, our main lodge and dining facility provides one additional meeting area:
  • The Computer Center has a capacity of 35 guests and can be closed to other groups to ensure privacy.

Tibbitts Auditorium is our largest meeting space. With a capacity of 1,300 and state of the art audio/video equipment, this auditorium is sure to meet the needs of any group.
