Bay played basketball for the Phoenix Suns for 3 seasons and was a 3-time college All-American. Bay and his wife, Peg, spent 5 years as dorm parents at Rift Valley Academy in Kenya. They currently reside in Pagosa Springs, CO where they base FOCUS Minsitries. Bay, a father of 4 himself, is passionate about leading teens and adults to a deeper spiritual level and a more intimate walk with God.
