CAMP-of-the-WOODS Video & Photo Usage Policy

All videos, photos and graphics (hereafter known as ‘images’) on this site are owned and copyrighted by CAMP-of-the-WOODS, unless otherwise noted. Use of images credited to other entities or individuals are owned and copyrighted by that entity or individual. Please contact them for use of their images. In general, we would love to share our images if you have a use for them.

Non-Commercial Uses

You are free to use any CAMP-of-the-WOODS imagery for Personal, Educational, or otherwise Non-Commercial printed and electronic uses (For website usage, see below). However, the CAMP-of-the-WOODS copyright information must remain intact and readable.

Images may also be used for your Personal, Educational, or Non-Commercial website, however, you must follow the three requirements below:

1. All images used on non-commercial sites must include an acknowledgement line with a link back to www.camp-of-the-woods.org. Here is a good example of how to link back to this site from a photo credit.

2. All images must be loaded locally to your site, not linked from our site. This will give you faster downloads and will conserve our server resources. Direct links show up quickly in our web logs so we will be able to track these abuses down.

To download a photo from our site from a PC simply right-click the image and choose “Save Image to Disk. From a Mac, hold the control key down and click on the image then choose "Download Image to Disk" from the menu.

3. Please contact us about how and where you are using the images and send a brief note and the URL of where it is going to be used. Mostly we would just like to see where the image is being used. To contact us, click here!

Commercial Uses

All images owned by CAMP-of-the-WOODS are copyrighted. If you are interested in using one of our photos for a commercial purpose, please contact us. CAMP-of-the-WOODS will work with vendors on a case-by-case basis to establish appropriate permissions for use, which in some cases may involve a fee or royalty agreement. Images copyrighted by CAMP-of-the-WOODS may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
