First, a word about our staff...
We have a staff of 29 college-age (and older) women, who have been put through a thorough application and interview process before being hired. We do our utmost to ensure our staff are not only excellently qualified and skilled, but are also deeply committed to the Lord and to ministering to 9 - 17 year old girls with His love.
Once hired, each new staff member will undergo a crucial three-week training period on-site. During that training, staff will receive their Wilderness First Aid training certification and Life Guarding certification as needed. In addition, staff are trained on our area hiking trails, taken through all aspects of being a camp counselor, including a series of intense and extensive "rehearsals" created to determine their strengths and weaknesses, prior to camper arrivals.

About our Campers...
In addition to an incredible staff, we enjoy 72 campers each week
- 9 cabins of eight campers (and two staff). Our campers enjoy the support and direction of 9 support staff
positions as well as a boat crew. Our "active program"
staff to camper ratio never falls below 1:8, although many activities
have a ratio of 1:4. Campers may stay a maximum of four weeks.
While we are distinctly Christian in our worldview, we do not seek
to "coerce" campers to accept any aspect of our foundational beliefs.
We do, however, expect all of our campers to agree with and adhere
to our Biblical principles and guidelines that form the backbone of
our camp community. Here are some of our camp rules.
