Academics
Equipping You to Live Out Biblical Truth with a Solid Worldview
Academics at a Glance:
The coursework is framed to help you grow within three main areas of your life: intellectually, spiritually, and physically.
It prepares you to face real-life issues and answer hard questions with a clear-cut curriculum. While establishing your worldview, it’ll help you navigate your walk with the Lord as you grow in your knowledge of God.
Students have the opportunity to receive undergraduate or masters credit while in LIFT. Those who elect to earn credit must sign up at the beginning of the LIFT semester.
A Transformative, Educational Experience
Biblical Worldview
Engage in Biblically-grounded discussions about the world around you. Learn to develop your worldview, defend your faith, and educate yourself on current world topics with a theologically-sound perspective.
Spiritual Growth
Cultivate spiritual disciplines into your everyday life. Learn how to incorporate God into your daily routine as you make Him a priority. Grow in your walk with the Lord as you learn to hide His Word in your heart and grow together in small groups and one-on-one mentorships.
Physical Training
Discipline your mind and body to meet the physical training requirements for the intensive wilderness excursions: hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, canoeing, snowshoeing, back-country skiing, caving, and white-water rafting.
Class Types & Expectations
LIFT classes focus on a range of topics from theology to missions, leadership, spiritual disciplines, apologetics, church history, and more!
