Welcome to COTW Summer Staff

In this position, you work with a team of specialized staff such as social media creator, photographer, videographer, writer, and graphic designer.

The Christian Education Program (Kids’ Klub) is designed for student teachers who are looking for teaching experience in education and ministry.

Do you love interacting with members and guests? On this team, you help vacationers with problems that arise, answer questions, shuttle them to meals, and so much more.

Get hands-on experience in the overall production process of chapel services, concerts, musicals, recitals, and other events. You’ll work with a lighting and live stream crew as well.

Media-techs work with the audiovisual crew and assist in the setup and operation of the video production process. Afterward, you’ll support the marketing department on summer projects.

Whether you’re looking for an internship or a Chef’s assistant role, you’ll get hands-on experience in a dynamic kitchen setting where you’ll be personally mentored by experienced chefs.

This role is great for those who love interacting with people in HR or PR settings. This is perfect for those who love an administrative and interpersonal work combo where you creatively solve problems.

Spend the summer interning with the COTW finance team where you’ll assist in accounting tasks, reports, and projects like maintaining the general ledger, account balances, Ad hoc accounting, and more.

Does business, supply chain management, or product marketing excite you? Besides interacting with members, this job teaches you how to read trends, understand the selling data, and manage it in order to sell products that bring in revenue.

As part of the youth ministry department, you’ll invest in the teens through events, small groups, and during the daily teen chapel service.

See firsthand what hospitality management is like by working with our Front Desk staff or in one of our two dining halls. These positions allow you to connect and network with resort members throughout the week.

This position was MADE for those pursuing the medical field. Work with experienced staff to take care of resort members, staff, volunteers, and other personnel on a daily basis where something new is always occurring.
