Ministry Goals

Be a Titus 2 example: Model biblical womanhood and mentoring in everyday life—home, church, and community.

1. Develop younger leaders:

   1. Work with five ministry teams at church to help older leaders mentor and raise up younger ones.

   2. Encourage younger women to take initiative and leadership roles in church ministries and retreats.

2. Expand outreach:

   • Partner with a multigenerational team to plan the next Advent Market, focusing on community engagement and evangelism.

3. Equip and Learn:

   • Receive training in sharing the gospel with Muslims at the Oasis refugee center.

   • Co-lead leadership development webinars for women in Austria and Germany.

4. Relational Ministry:

   • Meet with women one-on-one and in small groups for discipleship, prayer, and encouragement.

   • Maintain an open home—a place of welcome, healing, joy, and learning for women of all ages.Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and disciple women through relational ministry in the church and community.

• Train and coach emerging leaders in spiritual growth, leadership, and service.

• Teach and facilitate discussions on Scripture, mentoring, and gospel-centered living.

• Support refugee women through conversation, compassion, and gospel-centered storytelling.

• Organize and co-lead community events and outreach initiatives such as the Advent Market.

• Collaborate with national ministries to strengthen women’s leadership across Austria and neighboring regions.
