The Partnership Program is an annual fund comprised of an association of members, volunteers, friends, and staff committed to working together to strengthen and continue the ministry of CAMP-of-the-WOODS. Your partnership will help us assemble a solid economic base that blesses future generations through giving in the categories of people, programs, and projects.
About the Program
A Legacy of Building for Ministry
Since 2005, God has used the generosity of His people to build CAMP-of-the-WOODS into a place of transformation and rest. Investments in facilities have created a strong foundation for ministry—welcoming families, equipping leaders, and mobilizing missionaries.

Each year, approximately $900,000 is needed to fuel the people, programs, and projects that make ministry at CAMP-of-the-WOODS possible. Your faithful support provides the foundation for life-changing discipleship, Christ-centered community, and Gospel outreach—enabling us to operate wisely, serve effectively, and multiply impact all year long.

Your support helps make summer staff positions more accessible by increasing compensation—enabling young adults to grow spiritually, serve wholeheartedly, and develop professionally in a Christ-centered workplace.

Thanks to your generosity, interns are being shaped into Christ-centered professionals. Through Bible study, leadership training, and hands-on experience across departments, these young adults are learning how to lead with purpose in their future careers and ministries.

You’re making it possible to staff and support discipleship and missions efforts. Whether leading Bible studies, coordinating mission trips, or mentoring others in spiritual disciplines, our staff are helping others grow in faith and service.

This immersive program trains young adults for Christ-centered leadership in their careers and communities. Interns gain practical skills, spiritual depth, and professional experience while serving across various Camp departments.

Our discipleship initiatives provide members and staff with tools for spiritual growth—through Bible studies, cultural conversations, and spiritual formation practices. Programs like GOTW@COTW have reached over 100 participants!

From sending mission trip teams to various locations around the world to supporting missionaries and projects financially, our Missions Program empowers people to live out the Great Commission with love and humility.

To celebrate our 125th anniversary, we are investing in a new TeePee/Trading Post building—designed to serve future generations by enhancing year-round discipleship opportunities and creating more space for connection and ministry.

Safe, comfortable housing is essential for those who serve. Your support helps us maintain and repair staff housing to ensure that our team is cared for while they pour into the lives of others.

For more than two decades, Camp has been committed to updating and improving facilities. By Summer 2025, all member accommodations, Tapawingo cabins, and staff housing units will be fully renovated—along with core areas like the Customer Service Center, Larsen Lodge, Sonju Sports Complex, and the playground.

To protect the significant investments made in our facilities, we’ve launched a preventative maintenance system to regularly assess and preserve our infrastructure—from accommodations and dining halls to roads and recreational spaces—ensuring lasting impact for years to come.

Behind every program and project is essential equipment that keeps Camp running smoothly. Your donations help us purchase vehicles, technology, maintenance tools, lawn equipment, and other vital resources that support daily operations.
