Why should I go on a mission tip?

  • Experience Missional Fruit

See the fruit of lifelong missionaries (including Jim Elliot) who have made an impact on different people groups for generations. Join the fruit-bearing work and witness for yourself how a little goes a long way.

  • Get Out of your Comfort Zone

Experience Christianity outside the United States and how other people connect with the same God who is Lord of all. Despite language barriers, learn how the Lord uses and connects His people through His powerful love.

  • Immerse Yourself in Culture

See firsthand how all nations and tribes are called by God to live and glorify Him through all languages and cultures. Learn something new and expand your understanding of what a relationship with God looks like.

  • Build New Friendships

Connect with others from all places and walks of life for a dynamic experience. Work and grow together spiritually as you share how the Lord is transforming you more into His likeness.

General FAQs

  • For all of our trips, the price covers food, lodging, and transportation within the country. It does not include flights to and from the country, personal spending money, and any equipment needed.

  • You are welcome to raise financial support for your trip, but it will be your responsibility to organize. While we can provide tools and guidance, we are not a sending organization and cannot offer tax-deductible receipts for donations. Whether or not you choose to fundraise, we encourage you to write to your community and invite them to support you in prayer.

  • It’s completely okay if you don’t speak the language. We’ll provide resources and, when needed, translators to help you communicate with the people you’ll meet during the trip.

  • Yes, a valid passport is required for all of the trips. A visa may be needed depending on the country.

  • Each team will have a series of remote zoom meetings to cover logistics, build community, receive cultural orientation, and spiritually prepare for the trip together.

  • Many people join the trip without knowing anyone at first. The virtual meetings will help you get to know your team, and by the end of the trip, you’ll be grateful for the new connections and friendships you’ve made.

What does trip planning look like?

  • Zoom Meeting

During our team Zoom meetings, we will get to know each other, review logistics, and prepare spiritually for this impactful trip abroad.

  • Spiritual Training

We’ll spiritually prepare together for these trips through team prayer and a guided resource.

  • Packing List

As the trip gets closer, we’ll provide you with a packing list that has appropriate clothing for the activities and climate we’ll experience.
