Accommodation Rates
Use this guide to help you decide which accommodation is the perfect fit for your family! Contact the Front Desk for single occupancy rates.
Deposit Information: The 15% deposit taken at the time of booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. A second non-refundable and non-transferable 15% deposit will be taken on February 23, 2026. Both reservation deposits are strictly non-transferable and cannot be applied to any other reservations, regardless of duplication. With this policy in mind, it is not advisable to make more reservations than you intend to use. Reservations must be paid in full 60 days before your arrival. If you’d like to change the dates or accommodation of an existing reservation, please call the Front Desk to make changes.
Resident Memberships
As a membership-based organization, CAMP-of-the-WOODS requires that everyone staying on the property purchase a Resident Membership as a part of their stay.
The membership fee is $5 per person, per day, and is non-transferable. By becoming a member, you agree to uphold CAMP-of-the-WOODS’ policies and contribute to the Christ-centered environment that makes this place so special.
