Life as a COTW Intern

Take a glimpse into what life as an intern could look like — socially, spiritually, and professionally.

Nonprofit Professional Experience

You’ll gain hands-on experience in your department and earn a weekly salary. You’ll work under a full-time staff member who will serve as a professional mentor, providing training, support, and feedback to equip you for your future.
Community Living

You’ll have the opportunity to build lifelong friendships while living alongside other young adults, attend a local church, and even serve the community while volunteering with the youth group.
Staff Bible Study

Spend two hours of each week in worship, Bible study, and fellowship with the staff community. This is a routine time we come together to learn from God’s Word and grow in our faith as Christian leaders.
Professional Seminars

Each month, you'll participate in a class designed to help you grow as a Christian professional. Topics include "Jesus in the Workplace," "Professional Etiquette," and "Time Management," all aimed at equipping you for success in both your career and faith.
Resort Amenities

Along with housing, meals, and Wi-Fi, you'll enjoy full access to all resort amenities—including a fitness center, gymnasium, climbing wall, pickleball and tennis courts, lake access, and more.
Proposal Project

Leverage your skills and creativity to give back to COTW by developing and pitching a project idea to our executive team. If approved, you'll bring it to life as the capstone of your internship.
Enjoy the Adirondacks

COTW is located in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. Enjoy the dynamic seasons by going on a fall group hike, embracing winter while skiing or snowboarding in the area, or exploring local towns.
Conference Season Support

Throughout the year, we host conference groups most weekends. As a paid intern, you’ll grow your hospitality skills by serving in key areas of Camp, helping create an exceptional experience for our members.
Continue Online Classes
