More Than a Summer Job

Live on an island. Build lifelong friendships. Make an eternal impact.

A Summer that Shapes You

At Tapawingo, being on staff is more than just a summer job — it’s a calling. You’ll spend the summer surrounded by girls hungry for truth, belonging, and joy, while growing in your own faith and joining a sisterhood of women passionate about Jesus.
Here you will experience:

Purposeful Ministry

Through worship, one-on-one conversations, and shared moments in nature, you’ll point campers to Jesus in real and lasting ways.

Transformative Growth

You’ll be challenged to step up, let go of distractions, and rely on Christ in ways that shape who you're becoming.

Authentic Community

Staff grow close fast through shared purpose, vulnerability, and joy. It’s the kind of community where you’re truly known and deeply encouraged in your faith.
