Project Plan & Giving Guide
Pass Your Legacy Along
Hear from Hardscape Project Manager Jarod Hynson as he describes the moment when this project became personal to him. If his story resonates with you, we ask you to prayerfully consider becoming a partner in this legacy project.
Financial Overview
We’re thrilled to share that we’ve met 70% of our goal! Because families are so excited about how this project will impact future generations, the scope of the project has expanded to include a $750,000 gift for a full commercial kitchen. This incredible addition will allow us to serve guests year-round and support future conferences and ministry programs more effectively.
Reaching this milestone means we can move forward to break ground at the end of Summer 2026.
You can be part of this progress through committed monthly, quarterly, or yearly pledges—choosing what works best for you while supporting the yearly goal.
The graphic displays our current progress based on commitments received.
Please prayerfully consider what you can pledge annually through 2027 to help bring this vision to life.

Give in Honor or Memory of Someone
Many of us were brought to CAMP-of-the-WOODS by a parent, grandparent, mentor, or friend. Give in honor or memory of someone whose faith impacted yours—and help build a space where future generations can experience the same life-changing moments.

Make a 3-Year Pledge
With a multi-year pledge, you can support the future of CAMP-of-the-WOODS in a way that fits your financial rhythm. This faithful commitment helps ensure that your children and grandchildren can experience the same meaningful ministry you’ve cherished.
