About Pioneers
Pioneers is dedicated to reaching the unreached with the hope of the gospel. Pioneers partners with local churches to make disciples and start church-planting movements among people groups without a self-sustaining gospel witness. Whether in cities or villages, the Pioneers teams live among the unreached, learn new languages, and build relationships to share the gospel in culturally meaningful ways.
Looking Ahead
Multiplication Strategy: Mobilize, train, send, and sustain believers who can plant churches where Christ is not known.
Leadership Development: Support emerging leaders across North Africa and South America, strengthened by shared gatherings.
Scripture Saturation: Encourage new believers to study the Bible regularly and grow through mentoring and community support.
Community Impact: Continue serving refugees while working toward engaging 250 more unreached people groups in the next decade—70 already identified.
Long-Term Hope: Pray for wisdom for Pioneers USA board meetings and for strength and protection on all missions efforts. Ask God to open doors, raise workers, and multiply these church-planting efforts.
Project Goals
Primary Aim: Advance the gospel in North Africa by equipping believers to reach unreached people groups and plant new churches.
Contextualized Approach: Work with Pioneers’ mobilization office and partner organizations to meet economic, educational, physical, and emotional needs while opening doors for ministry.
Discipleship Foundations: Train and support Christ-followers so they can grow in faith and serve effectively among various people groups.
Addressing the Need: Care for refugees through microfinance training, trauma care, sports programs, school support, and sewing projects—each connected to a broader church-planting strategy.
Overcoming Barriers: Build trust in communities shaped by hardship and displacement, using practical service to create natural pathways for gospel conversations.
