About Serge
The mission of Serge is to lay down our lives together for the Kingdom of Jesus Christ by establishing churches and transforming communities.
Location
Global Ministry
Current Role
Rob serves as the Director of Mobilization. Rebecca serves as a Mission Division Specialist.
Rob’s Responsibilities
As Director of Mobilization for Serge, Rob delights in reminding the Body of Christ of its first love and in helping its members discern where and how Jesus is inviting them to join his work around the world. He and his team work closely with field leaders in 30 countries to envision, equip, send, and support the next generation of Kingdom laborers. Together, they oversee and staff all of Serge’s global opportunities to join Jesus at work, including short-term trips, internships, apprenticeships, and long-term roles.
Rebecca’s Responsibilities
As Mission Division Specialist (and soon to be Assistant Director of Mission), Rebecca works directly with the Senior Director of Mission and in partnership with field leadership on long-term strategy for the organization and its fields. She provides consulting and guidance to the Mission Team on team effectiveness and organizational health. She has also been appointed Project Leader for Team Resilience, where she leads the effort to help 55 teams around the world sustain their work and thrive amid hardship.
