At Tapawingo, the Island Camp Program gives girls ages 9-18 a week to unplug, explore, and grow in their faith — all in a Christ-centered environment. Through cabin life, outdoor activities, and shared spiritual rhythms, campers build confidence, deepen friendships, and discover who God made them to be.
Whether it’s her first time or her favorite summer tradition, your daughter will find a place where she belongs.
A Day at Tapawingo
Each day at camp is thoughtfully crafted to help girls grow in Christ, build friendships, and have unforgettable fun. From sunrise to lights-out, campers experience a rhythm of meaningful spiritual moments, exciting activities, and intentional community.

Where Fun Meets Formation
Each day, your camper will choose from a variety of activities that help her grow in skill, confidence, and creativity. Throughout the week, she’ll also take part in special Tapawingo traditions—some with her cabin, others with the whole camp—that create lasting memories and a deep sense of belonging.
Cabin Life & Community
Girls live in small cabin groups led by two trained counselors who model Christ-centered leadership. These mentors create a space where each camper is known, included, and encouraged.
Through shared experiences and meaningful conversations, girls build lasting bonds and learn to support one another in faith — in ways that carry beyond the summer.
